It comes from the spares package B191 and B192 as driven by Michael Schumacher.

It has been hand signed, dated and dedicated to Gary on the visor, but also on the back of the helmet thanking Gary for his work during the 1991 Belgium GP. Michael has hand signed the helmet in 1994.
