1975 Monaco GP poster.

This vintage original poster features has been linen mounted and is in A+ condition, measuring 19×25.5″.

The 1975 Monaco Grand Prix was a Formula One race held in Monaco on May 11, 1975. It was the fifth race of the 1975 Formula One season. It was the 33rd Monaco Grand Prix since the race was first held in 1929. It was held over 75 of the scheduled 78 laps of the three kilometers street circuit, for a race distance of 245 kilometers.

The race was won by Austrian driver Niki Lauda giving the new Ferrari 312T its first win. The win broke a 20 year drought at Monaco for Ferrari. Lauda dominated the race, only losing the lead during a pitstop. He won by two seconds over the McLaren M23 of Emerson Fittipaldi. Carlos Pace finished third in his Brabham BT44B

The 1977 race was won by Jody Scheckter in the Wolf followed by Niki Lauda and Carlos Reutemann in the Ferrari 312 T2.

This piece is incredible. This rear aluminum wing was mounted on Mario Andrettis Lotus 78T during the 1977/78 F1 season which has been his World Champion season.

A rare and evocative survivor from one of Formula One’s most charismatic eras, this original race-worn helmet was used by Jean-Pierre Jarier during the 1978 season, a year in which he competed with both ATS and Lotus.

The helmet is finished in Jarier’s distinctive and highly recognizable design: a deep metallic green crown paired with a white lower section, separated by a bold visor band emblazoned SAINT CLAIR in blue—one of his principal personal sponsors of the period. The simplicity and elegance of the livery perfectly reflect the aesthetic of late-1970s Grand Prix racing.

Constructed in period open-face/early full-face transitional style, the helmet retains its original visor assembly and hardware, along with a period-correct integrated radio communication system, including external wiring—an important and increasingly scarce feature that underscores its authentic race use at the highest level of the sport.

Jarier famously drove the black and gold John Player Special Lotus 78 during part of the 1978 season, as well as competing with ATS machinery. An extraordinary and deeply evocative original helmet worn by Didier Pironi during the 1978–1979 Formula One seasons with Tyrrell, and directly associated with the dramatic and well-documented accident at the South African Grand Prix at Kyalami.

Finished in Pironi’s unmistakable and minimalist personal livery—white base with bold blue paneling and distinctive oval crown markings—the helmet is an iconic representation of late-1970s Formula One design. Period imagery confirms Pironi wearing this exact style during his Tyrrell tenure, including the Kyalami event where he suffered a high-speed accident after suspension failure, sending the car violently into the barriers.
