These 2 pieces are the back sidepods of the Lotus 97T driven by Ayrton Senna during the 1985 season. They are both complete and show very heavy signs of use.

This is the original steering wheel used by Ayrton Senna during the Brazil Grand Prix on April 12, 1987, at the Jacarepaguá Circuit in Rio de Janeiro, while driving the iconic Lotus 99T. 

Accompanied by an official Lotus certificate, this extraordinary piece has been personally hand-signed and dated by Senna, with the inscription “Brazil.”

A little bit of history:

After his successful test with Williams in July 1983, Ayrton received several offers. The Brazilian would get the chance to test for McLaren after his British Formula 3 season, which happened at the end of October of 1983. 

The McLaren test 

As part of the McLaren Young Drivers test Ayrton Senna, Martin Brundle and Stefan Bellof came to Silverstone. Today, McLaren also performs this test as as the winner of the McLaren Autosport Award will be offered a test in an older model Formula 1 car by the team from Woking.

Brundle and Senna were present because of their performance in the British Formula 3 Championship, while Stefan Bellof was seen by McLaren as the successor of John Watson. Watson would leave his career as a Grand Prix driver with McLaren at the end of 1983, as the Briton entered into negotiations with Brabham.

McLaren wanted to see how Bellof compared to the British Formula 3 drivers. After his first attempt in the McLaren MP4-1 Ford Cosworth, Senna was taken out of the car. According to the engineers, he was too fast. After returning to the track he drove the fastest lap of the day, 1:13.9.

Ayrton came back in the pits and complained about not feeling very comfortable in the cockpit. He thought he couldn't operate the accelerator as well as he wanted. Yet he felt good: "I felt quite comfortable with the car. The McLaren Ford is an easy to drive car. The speed at Silverstone is quite high, but I still have a good feeling about this car. The results were excellent, much better than I expected.

"I am now going to realize how you could win a Formula 1 race. In Formula 1 you are always dependent on the material you get, the driver can be a part of that. As long as you have a good car you can easily handle it. I am very satisfied with this test and it was really great to do."

In an interview, Ron Dennis explained the following: "So far everything is going well. Ayrton is constantly faster on these tyres than we have been in the past. I hope we can let him ride another session at the end of the day. Maybe it will be even better then. 

This exceptionally rare collector's piece is a genuine wishbone from the McLaren MP4/5, used by Ayrton Senna during the 1989 Brazilian Grand Prix at Jacarepaguá, Rio de Janeiro, on March 26, 1989—the opening race of the 1989 Formula One World Championship.

The wishbone is hand-signed and dated by Ayrton Senna in white marker and is accompanied by an official McLaren Certificate of Authenticity (CoA).

These exceptional pieces hold historical significance: the balaclava and seatbelts were utilized during the 1987 Detroit Grand Prix, a race that marked Ayrton Senna's second victory of the season. The seatbelts were originally installed in the iconic Lotus 99T.

These sideskirts pair come from the famous "Black Beauty", the Lotus 79T as driven by Mario Andretti. An example of the Lotus 79T driven by Mario Andretti sold for $3,400,000 in 2021 during a Bonhams auction in Abu Dhabi.

These pieces are incredible. The following Lotus 78T sideskirts pair were mounted on Mario AndrettisLotus 79T during the 1978 F1 season which has been his World Champion season.

This piece comes from the nosecone of the 2021 Ferrari SF21 driven by Charles Leclerc during the 2021 Saudi Arabian GP in Jeddah.

Leclerc crashed his Ferrari at high speed late in the session having spun into the barriers at Turn 23, thankfully climbing out of the car and walking away – his chassis clearly having taken the brunt of the impact. He finished 10th in the session.

The piece still has its camera and has been hand signed by Leclerc.

This piece is incredible. This rear aluminum wing was mounted on Mario Andrettis Lotus 78T during the 1977/78 F1 season which has been his World Champion season.

The John Player Special, JPS, Good Yer logos and hand painted. Which is a specificity of this era.

This fantastic piece is the Lotus 100T as driven by Nelson Piquet during the 1988 season.

This unique item represents a significant piece of motorsport history. It is a damaged nosecone from Nelson Piquet's Minardi car, involved in the infamous 1992 crash during practice for the Indy 500. This event has garnered widespread media coverage, making this artifact a rare and notable collectible.

This great piece is a tire and rim of the Ferrari F300 used by Michael Schumacher during the 1998 Italian GP that took place in Monza. The race was won by M.Schumacher. Hand signed by Michael.

This is another incredible piece of F1 history. This rear wing was mounted on the Lotus 97T, driven by Ayrton Senna during the 1985 season. It bears the JPS and Good Year logos. 

This wing has been used after the 1985 season for wind tunnel testing.
